Chicago’s growing quantum ecosystem is creating new career opportunities across science, engineering, technology, manufacturing, and business. This session will provide CPS counselors with an accessible overview of the roles expected to emerge, updates on the Illinois Quantum and Microelectronics Park, and plans for apprenticeship pathways with IBM and other partners. Participants will also learn about programs and resources that can help students build awareness, explore career options, and develop skills for future opportunities across the quantum ecosystem.
