Over the past four years at Chicago Public Schools (CPS), Fermin Valle has led key Chicago Roadmap initiatives, collaborating closely with postsecondary counseling teams to streamline student transitions and boost enrollment from CPS to City Colleges of Chicago (CCC). He provides strategic leadership across the district by curating citywide career exploration opportunities, driving CPS-to-CCC postsecondary pipelines, coordinating team-based challenges, and expanding access to the ISBE College and Career Pathway Endorsement (CCPE).
